Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Syncd by Christine LLC (“we,”“us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

1. General Terms

Syncd by Christine is a luxury consulting and matchmaking service that offers personalized relationship consulting, matchmaking services, and other related offerings. All services provided are designed to help clients improve their personal and professional lives.

2. User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years olds

  • all information you provide is accurate and truthful

  • you will use services in a lawful and respectful manner

3. Non-Clinical Consulting

All services provided by Syncd by Christine are non-clinical in nature. While Christine is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with training and expertise in psychotherapy and mental health care, the consulting services offered through Syncd by Christine focus exclusively on personal development, relationship building, and life goals. These consulting sessions are informed by professional knowledge and biopsychosocial understanding but are not therapy and do not involve diagnosing, treating, or managing clinical mental health conditions.

4. Role of LMSW

Christine’s role as an LMSW equips her with extensive training in mental health and psychotherapy. However, for the purposes of Syncd by Christine, she provides non-clinical consulting services only.

Christine’s clinical work, including psychotherapy, is performed outside of this business setting under the supervision of a qualified professional such as an LCSW, psychologist, or psychiatrist, as required by law. Clients in need of therapy or mental health treatment should consult a licensed mental health professional in a clinical setting.

5. Scope of Practice

As an LMSW, Christine adheres to the ethical standards and professional guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). The consulting services offered at Syncd by Christine fall within the non-clinical scope of practice and do not include mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or clinical counseling. Any mental health related concerns or needs for clinical intervention should be addressed with a licensed professional authorized to provide those services.

6. Certified, Professional Matchmaker

Christine is a certified, professional matchmaker with training in relationship dynamics and matchmaking services. While she uses her expertise in human behavior to assist clients in finding suitable partners, she does not provide therapy or clinical counseling services as part of the matchmaking process. Her certification was awarded after completing a course through IAP College, a recognized educational institution.

7. Services Provided

  • Consulting Services: Personalized relationship consulting sessions focused on personal growth, life goal achievement, relationship development, and emotional well-being.

  • Matchmaking Services: Matchmaking services aimed at connecting individuals with compatible partners.

  • Workshops and Events: Periodic workshops, events, and mixers organized by Syncd by Christine. These may be in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats depending on demand and feasibility.

‍ ‍Singles Database

  • Syncd by Christine may maintain a private database of individuals who wish to be considered as potential matches for active clients.

  • Individuals may be included in this database regardless of whether they are enrolled in premium matchmaking services. However, inclusion in the database alone does not establish a client relationship.

  • Submission to the Singles Database does not guarantee selection, matching, or contact. Individuals who are not enrolled in additional services do not receive personalized matchmaking, consulting, or ongoing engagement.

  • Syncd by Christine reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove any individual from the database at its sole discretion.

8. Fees and Payment

  • All fees for services provided by Syncd by Christine are discussed in a consultation call, in-person meeting, or sent via follow-up email or documentation.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time, and clients will be notified accordingly.

  • Payment Responsibility: Clients who sign up for service packages agree to pay the full cost of the package upfront. If the client cancels, reschedules, terminates, or is terminated early for any reason, they remain responsible for the full cost of the service package. No refunds will be issued for unused services or early termination.

  • Workshops and Events: Fees for workshops and events may vary based on the type, location, and format of the event. Specific pricing information will be provided at the time of registration.

  • Payments for services are due as outlined in the service agreement and must be made before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.

‍ ‍Accepted Payment Methods:

○ Payments may be made via PayPal (credit/debit card, linked bank account, Apple Pay or PayPal balance)

○ ACH transfer

○ Clients choosing ACH transfers must ensure funds are submitted at least 3 business days before due dates to avoid delays.

Syncd by Christine reserves the right to update or change payment methods at any time.

Non-Refundable & No Chargebacks Policy:

○ All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the client’s satisfaction with the services.

○ Due to the nature of the service, no chargebacks or payment disputes may be filed after payment is processed.

○ In case of a dispute, the client agrees to first seek resolution directly with Syncd by Christine before involving their financial institution.

Late Payment & Service Hold:

○ If the remaining balance is not paid in full before matchmaking begins, services will be placed on hold until payment is received.

○ A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance may be applied if full payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.

9. Cancellations and Termination

  • Clients have the right to cancel consulting or matchmaking services at any time, but cancellation policies, including fees or refunds, are governed by the terms outlined in the service agreement.

  • Syncd by Christine reserves the right to terminate the consulting or matchmaking services if the client violates the terms of this agreement or engages in inappropriate behavior as outlined in Section 10.

  • Both parties agree to work in good faith and in a cooperative manner. Should either party choose to terminate services, they will notify the other party in writing.

  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of the services provided, there are no refunds for payments made for consulting, matchmaking, workshops, or events. All payments are final upon receipt.

If a client chooses to terminate services early, no refunds will be issued, and they remain responsible for any unpaid balance of the agreed package price.

10. Inability to Find a Match

  • Syncd by Christine makes no guarantee that a match will be found. While we work diligently to connect clients with compatible partners, we are not responsible if a match is not found for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Client preferences that limit available matches.

  • A limited pool of potential matches.

  • Lack of cooperation or engagement from the client.

  • Early termination of services by the client.

  • Syncd by Christine reserves the right to end the matchmaking process at any time if it is determined that no suitable matches exist or that the client is not actively participating in the process.

  • No Refunds will be issued if a match is not found. All payments remain subject to Section 8 (Fees and Payment).

11. Inappropriate Behavior and Misuse of Services

Syncd by Christine reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate behavior or misuse of services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward Syncd by Christine, its representatives, or any referred matches

  • providing false, misleading, or deceptive information

  • engaging in unlawful, exploitative, or harmful behavior

  • attempting to interfere with, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to any services, platforms, systems, or client network provided by Syncd by Christine

  • using the services for commercial purposes, competitive purposes, or any purpose not intended by Syncd by Christine

Syncd by Christine reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes inappropriate behavior or misuse of services.

12. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and honest information during the consultation process and throughout the duration of the services. Clients agree to fully cooperate with the consulting process and to notify Syncd by Christine of any changes that may affect the services being provided, including but not limited to changes in personal or relationship circumstances.

13. Confidentiality

All client information provided to Syncd by Christine will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s express written consent, except as required by law.

However, client information may be stored in a database for the purposes of matchmaking services.

14. Background Checks and Documents

As part of the matchmaking process, clients may be required to submit to a background check and provide any necessary documents for the purpose of verifying identity, relationship history, or other relevant factors. Clients consent to having their profiles and information stored and used in a database to facilitate matchmaking opportunities.

15. Social Media Usage

  • Syncd by Christine may use social media platforms to share content related to its services, including but not limited to testimonials, client success stories, and general matchmaking and consulting advice.

  • No client’s personal information or identifying details will be shared without prior written consent.

  • Clients may not publicly share, post, or distribute any proprietary content, matchmaking details, or consulting materials from Syncd by Christine without explicit permission.

  • Any negative, defamatory, or false statements about Syncd by Christine made publicly on social media may be subject to legal action.

16. Limitation of Liability

Syncd by Christine will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of the services provided, including but not limited to emotional, physical, or financial harm. Clients acknowledge and agree that they are using the services at their own risk. Syncd by Christine is not responsible for any failure to achieve the desired outcomes in consulting or matchmaking services.

17. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syncd by Christine, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the services or from any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

18. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from the services provided by Syncd by Christine, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to proceed to binding arbitration, to be held in New York, New York. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral third-party in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

19. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, pandemics, government regulations, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.

20. Service Modifications

Syncd by Christine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, offering, or feature any time without liability.

21. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Syncd by Christine reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.

23. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website and provided through Syncd by Christine, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, service descriptions, forms, and materials, is the exclusive property of Syncd by Christine and is protected by copyright law.

  • Unauthorized use, duplication, reproduction, or distribution of any material from Syncd by

Christine is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

  • Excerpts and links may be used, provided that full and clear credit is given to Syncd by Christine with appropriate and specific direction to the original content.

  • Any unauthorized use may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
